Click through a real system, right now.

These are not screenshots or a scripted video. Four working builds, four different industries, all running in your browser. Click anything — nothing you do here touches a real business.

Where to start in each one

Every demo opens with a guided tour. If you would rather poke around yourself, here is what is worth finding.

🛠

Service Industry — the money trail

Follow one job end to end: a booking request comes in, becomes a quote with real line items and GST, gets signed on the customer’s phone, turns into a work order, then an invoice, then a paid invoice — and the job costing screen tells you what it actually made.

Do not miss: the e-signature pad on the contract, the inspection report that builds its own PDF, and the automations screen showing how many times each rule has fired.

Shop CRM — the front counter

A busy shop day: drag appointments between bays, text a customer back, punch staff in and out, take a deposit and mark it paid, and post a protocol that staff have to acknowledge.

Do not miss: the role switch in the top corner. Flip to Technician and customer phone numbers turn into a padlock — a tech has to request access and an admin has to approve it before the number appears.

Dental Clinic — the day sheet

Run a clinic day: fill a hole in the hygiene column, click a tooth to chart it, build a treatment plan priced straight off the Alberta Fee Guide, send it for predetermination, and watch the insurance estimate split from the patient portion.

Do not miss: the tooth chart — click any tooth and chart a surface. And the recall list, which is the single screen most clinics run their whole month on.

Veterinary — the whiteboard

One client, several animals. Write a SOAP note, put a patient on the treatment whiteboard, tick off the 2pm medication, watch an overdue task go red, and turn the completed treatments into an invoice.

Do not miss: the controlled-drug log, which balances every draw against the bottle, and the vaccine due list that texts owners before the rabies lapses.

Four industries, one way of building

A roofer, a tire shop, a dental clinic and an animal hospital do not look alike from the outside. Underneath they have the same problem: a customer, a thing that needs doing, a schedule, a document, a payment, and a follow-up somebody keeps forgetting. That is why these four demos share a spine and differ entirely in the vocabulary on top of it.

All of them are built the way we build the real thing: hand-written code, no framework, no page builder, no per-seat licence underneath. They run entirely in your browser on sample data, so they load instantly and you cannot break anything — refresh and they reset.

A real build is the same interface wired to a live database, your pricing, your documents, your phone number and your payment processor. These are not a sales mock-up of what we could do; they are the thing itself with the names changed.

If your trade is not one of these four, that is not a problem — it is the normal case. What helps most is pointing at the screen that is closest to your work and telling us what is wrong with it. Tell us which one you mean and we will start there.

Tell us what's eating your week.

We read every message ourselves and reply the same day or the next business day. No sales sequence, no discovery-call funnel — just a conversation about what you actually need.
